Memorable Monday - The Mockingjay

Memorable Mondays is a weekly meme hosted by Escape in A Book,

where we can share a quote(or quotes) that we feel deserves a place in the spotlight.  I can't wait to read the quote you've picked this week!

I decided to partecipate to this meme because I love memes, in general,
but also because I love quotes!! And I love sharing quotes from my
favourite book. This week's quote is from one of my favourite
books ever, The Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins.

"On the night I feel that thing again, the hunger that overtook me on the beach,
I know this would have happened anyway. That what I need to survive is not
Gale's fire, kindled with rage and hatred. I have plenty of fire myself. What I need
is the dandelion in the spring. The bright yellow that means rebirth
instead of destruction. The promise that life can go on, no matter how bad our losses.
That it can be good again. And only Peeta can give me that. So after, when he whispers," You love
me, Real or Not Real?" I tell him " Real".

Yes, this quote had been overused what I still shivers
when I read it, so romantic and just the perfect ending to
a beautiful trilogy!

What's your memorable quote Monday?
