Feature and Follow #8

Gain new followers and make new friends with the Book Blogger Feature&Follow! If this is your first time here, welcome! You are about to make some new friends and gain new followers -- but you have to know -- the point of this hop is to follow other bloggers also. I follow you, you follow me.

The Feature & Follow is hosted by TWO hosts, Parajunkee of Parajunkee's View and Alison of Alison Can Read. Each host will have their own Feature Blog and this way it'll allow us to show off more new blogs!

How does this work? First you leave your name here on this post, (using the linky tools -- keep scrolling!) then you create a post on your own blog that links back to this post (easiest way is to just grab the code under the #FF picture and put it in your post) and then you visit as many blogs as you can and tell them "hi" in their comments (on the post that has the #FF image). You follow them, they follow you. Win. Win. Just make sure to follow back if someone follows you!

This Week's question

What is your preferred reading format? Hardcover, eBooks, paperback etc?

My preferred reading format is absolutely hardback, then paperback and at the end ebooks. I find it more authentic to read books on paper but I also know that being an Italian blogger, I NEED an ereader, because shipping is so expensive and I do understand if not all the authors are willing to pay that much. (:
Hardbacks and paperback are just my passion, I love spending money on books but I honestly wouldn't pay for an ebook because I think that the difference between the ebook's price and the paperback's is not that big, most of the times!

Please Follow me through Bloglovin, since GFC is going to expire this Monday!

  2. I agree! I often feel (and I know it's a bit weird) that it isn't a real book if I don't have a physical book. But I still like e-books, and I like that I don't have to wait a week before it get in my mailbox, but you're right about the price not always being that different.

Thanks for stopping by and following! I've followed you back via Bloglovin :)

  3. While I love print, and beautiful covers, ebooks are currently winning just due to the amount of books I can carry around with me. I may be a book hoarder.

    1. Yes, that's certainly a positive point. I've brought my ereader with me during my summer vacations and it was totally useful and more easy to carry ^^

  8. ebooks do help on shipping when book sources are limited. A few years ago I lived in a small town that had 1 little bookstore about the size of my living room/dining area. Selection was very limited and major bookstores were over an hours drive away. It was actually the reason I ever bought my kindle.
